I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. While the front desk staff were friendly and the restaurant offered decent food, the shuttle service was unreliable, and the experience upon check-in was frustrating. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located for my flight, but the overall service could use some improvement.
